Riyadh - Mubasher: Sustained Infrastructure Holding Company (SISCO Holding) shifted to net profits of SAR 61.70 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, versus net losses worth SAR 20.10 million in 9M-24.

Meanwhile, the revenues climbed by 12.78% to SAR 1.01 billion in 9M-25 from SAR 901.90 million in the corresponding period last year, according to the financial results.

The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 0.76 in the January-September 2025 period, compared to a loss per share of SAR 0.25 in 9M-24.

Statements for Q3-25

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, SISCO Holding generated SAR 16.90 million in net profits, against a net loss of SAR 9.40 million in Q3-24.

Revenues rose by 11.49% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 381.10 million in Q3-25 from SAR 341.80 million.

On a quarterly basis, the Q3-25 net profits declined by 15.07% from SAR 19.90 million in Q2-25, whereas the revenues grew by 24.01% compared to SAR 307.30 million.
